Professional growth is attained through high case volume and the opportunity to see everything from wellness to challenging medical & surgical cases.
New graduates are fully supported through excellent training and experienced mentors. Mentorship is an important part of our philosophy. We believe in order to be a successful doctor you need intense support. This is provided through personal teaching time and one-on-one meetings dedicated to case review, learning the ‘art of practice’ and developing an efficient appointment flow.
Doctors are scheduled on a 2-week rotation - varied between nights & days and every other weekend. Appointments times vary between 20-40 minutes depending on type. Surgery and Dentistry is not a requirement of employment.

Compensation & Benefits
$120k guaranteed base salary plus production bonus
Up to $60,000 sign-on/retention bonus
An additional $1200 annually for VMBA Business Certificate or $2400 annually for VBMA Business Certificate with Honors
Up to $10,000 salary advance for relocation (optional)
